Criminal law in memory: analyzing criminal liability in crimes involving manipulation of history

The present article aims to study the behavior of global jurisprudence and the response of criminal law in cases involving historical manipulation, as well as the level of impact that such manipulation may have on future generations, altering the factual reality of world events. Thus, this research will present relevant national and international cases, followed by examples of rulings, and finally, will provide the necessary conclusions about the research. The study will bring, in great detail, the events researched, as well as the responses and the parameters we obtained to define the behavior of national and international courts.
