social aspect within ESG, highlighting its significance and contribution to economic and social development. This objective was achieved through a literature review that involved the selection and analysis of relevant bibliographic sources on sustainability, ESG, social equity, and corporate responsibility. This research is grounded in the increasing relevance of the social aspect in investment decisions. Investors are increasingly considering social factors in their analyses, and companies that demonstrate social responsibility tend to be more attractive to these investors. The primary finding is that social equity is an essential component of ESG, directly influencing the long-term success and resilience of companies. Sustainable social policies face significant challenges, such as cultural resistance and financial constraints, but these can be addressed through strategic partnerships, technological innovation, and stakeholder engagement. This study contributes to a better understanding of the interactions between social aspects and ESG criteria, providing valuable insights for promoting sustainability and social equity within organizations.
