Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a crucial role in promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the job market. This scientific article will address the importance of CSR as a strategic instrument to ensure equal opportunities and accessibility for people with disabilities in the workplace. CSR is not limited to legal compliance; it goes further, focusing on ethics and companies' commitment to contributing positively to society. This study explores how the inclusion of people with disabilities not only meets CSR principles but also benefits companies in several ways. We will highlight diversity and inclusion as key components of CSR, emphasizing how hiring people with disabilities enriches company culture and stimulates innovation. Additionally, we will address the legal and regulatory implications of including people with disabilities, highlighting the importance of compliance with quota laws in many countries. We will examine how the inclusion of people with disabilities improves corporate image and how socially responsible companies are positively perceived by consumers and investors. We will also discuss access to underutilized talent, demonstrating how the unique skills and competencies of people with disabilities can be a valuable asset to organizations. Additionally, we will discuss how the inclusion of people with disabilities can inspire the development of more inclusive products and services, expanding the customer base. We will conclude by highlighting the importance of CSR in promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the job market, emphasizing that this practice not only benefits individuals with disabilities, but also companies and society as a whole, contributing to a more equitable and diverse world.
