This experience report aimed to propose a Practical Educational Guide for Virtual Reality, bringing together teaching resources and educational content on free Virtual Reality (VR) platforms, applicable to the teaching of Geography for the 5th year of Elementary School I. The contents they were identified and evaluated according to pre-established criteria, such as suitability, language, quality of images, compatibility with the age group and alignment with the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) in relation to learning objectives. An exploratory methodology was used, including bibliographic reviews and analysis of materials available online. 40 VR platforms, 121 3D and VR videos and 18 museums were analyzed. The guide was prepared in a Vlog format, aiming to provide an intelligible technological resource to teachers, with a focus on the inclusion of technological tools, allowing them to experience problem situations that, in other circumstances, would be inaccessible due to the logistical and financial limitations of the context of most municipal public schools.
