Abstract

Networks are dynamic flows, evolving and changing at every interval, driven by the interactions between their components. In this sense, the political challenge when theorizing about networks is to verify how they work in the analysis of social movements. Currently, the Contestado network is formed mainly from the work of educators, who have developed projects with new perspectives for the strengthening of the cabocla identity and for teaching about Contestado, in a collective effort to disseminate positives narratives. This work aims to systematize the guidelines for building perspectives of this Network, as well as analyzing the future of the politic pedagogical and identity aspects of the Network. The results raised and discussed in this paper were obtained from the First Meeting of the Cabocla Network of Educators of the Contestado. The themes: courseware, expansion of the target audience and pedagogical training, were the most cited in the collective analysis of the context. There are conditions to carry out the collective production of courseware in the short term, due to the large number of projects already developed in isolation, but when integrated into the network, they gain new meaning and political strength. In the medium term, it is necessary to involve public management, mainly through the education departments, with the aim of expanding the target audience. Behind this theme is the underdevelopment of the Contestado region, where educational indicators are very low. Consequently, without more educators having access to knowledge and pedagogical practices about the Contestado, the expansion of the Network is impaired. It is necessary to discuss the curriculum and seek solutions in the medium term for the training of educators in Contestado.
